Exchanging Christmas gifts
Want to exchange a Christmas gift? You can do it easily in our exchange and return portal! Enter the order number and the email address used to place the order.
Then select “Exchange”, where you can enter the model, size or colour you'd like instead. Once that's done, you'll get a pre-paid shipping label to send the shoes back to us.
As soon as we've received them, a new pair in the size you want will be sent out.
