How to enter

Sign up with your email and mobile number in the form on our UGG pages. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

Who can enter

Anyone aged 15 or over living in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland or Spain. Rotation employees cannot enter.

Period and draw

The competition runs until and including 30 November 2026. The winner is drawn at random on 30 November 2026 and contacted by email or phone. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, we draw a new winner.

Extraordinarily good service

I had ordered running shoes and was looking forward to the delivery. I was contacted by phone and told that the shoes I had ordered were unfortunately sold out, even though the website showed the item as in stock. They apologised a lot, and as compensation I was upgraded to a more expensive and better shoe without paying more. Thank you so much for top service :-)

It took about 1 day after the parcel was sent, then it arrived in a parcel locker.

The only thing was that the parcel locker was inside a shop that closed at 20:00. A bit hopeless, but that's probably not their fault
